Charity Anywhere Foundation under the direction of Dr. Washington Zambrano organized a new medical-humanitarian mission to the populous neighbourhood of Cotama at the city of Otavalo. This project took place at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints facilities in that area. Medical personnel from the Municipal Government of Otavalo and from the Southern Cross Humanitarian Foundation joined efforts along to our own Medical personnel to offer a Medical, Dental and Surgical humanitarian mission. Our medical staff was made of: Dr. Álvaro Cabezas (Family Practitioner),  Dr Mónica Arroyo (Paediatrician),  Ms. Anita Zambrano (Medicine-student), Econ. Maria Eugenia Guzmán (Pharmacy), Dental-Technologist Carlos Tipanluisa, Ms. Natalie Mier, Josué y Matías Zambrano. The volunteers who came from the Municipal Goverment of Otavalo were: Dr. Olga Farinango (Family Practitioner), Dr. Noela (Family Practitioner), RN. Carmen Lascano. Those who came from the Southern Cross-Humanitarian program were: Lindsey Kay Zimmerman, Katharine Anne Keethler, Brook Ester Dorff, Alexandra Mae Robinson, Carol Nielsen Kirkham, Christie Monson, Bryce Monson, Hannah Monson, Craig Monson, Shirley Hermansen Eichers, Caitlin Eichers, Graziella Siciliano, Rusty Snow, and Cameron Smyres. They all donated clothes, toys, books, and helped paint a school. The medical consult results are shown down bellow in charts and graphs:

During Saturday, July the 4th, 2009 our team performed some small surgical procedures by Dr. Ivan Ramirez (Plastic Surgeon). Thirty patients were attended and the surgical procedures are mention bellow:

During Monday, July the 6th, 2009 our medical team counted with the valuable help of Rosita Suntasig (assistant) and Dr. Carlos Grau who did Ophthalmology. A total of 69 patients were attended and 28 pairs of lenses were donated then. Dr. Grau found these pathologies: Ptherigium, Myopia, Blefaritis, Cataracts, Presbicia, Glaucoma, Lucama, Hipermetrophy, and Presbiopy. A total of 130 prescriptions were donated.
On the Dental Clinic we counted with the valuable help of: Dr. Monica Zambrano (Orthodontist), Dr Isabel Zambrano (Dental Paediatrician), Dr. Salomé Arias (Periodontist), Dr. Maya Pedregal DDS, Dr. Carolina Santorum DDS and Dr. Ximena Tapia (DDS). We received help from our volunteers: Ms. Natali Arias (Dental student), Ms. Elizabeth Cere (assistant), and Mr. Carlos Celin (Technician).

Charity Anywhere distributed Hygiene kits, Dental kits, spear toothbrushes, baby clothing, and clothes for any age. With the support of 10 workers from the Municipal Government of Otavalo and volunteers from Southern Cross Humanitarian we were able to build a small house at the neighbourhood of MORASPUNGO.
Our DENTAL LAB Technician finished 25 prosthetic Dentures. Eight of them were Total dentures and 9 of them were Partial dentures. Charity Anywhere Foundation also donated painting to the DAVIS Foundation orphanage at Conocoto, Quito.
