En apoyo al Municipio de Otavalo con la coordinación de la doctora Olga Farinango, y bajo la dirección del Dr. Washington Zambrano, la Fundación va a prestar servicio en la Comunidad de Pucara de Velásquez.

La Unidad Móvil del Municipio de Otavalo y el personal de la Municipalidad ayudaron con una medica rural y dos enfermeras.
